Last updated: 8 October 2026

1. Who we are

Hiring Signals is a trading name of Profession Partners LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (Virginia SCC entity ID 12042332), with its registered address at 8401 Mayland Drive, Suite A, Richmond, VA 23294, USA. You can contact us at hello@hiringsignals.co.uk. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Profession Partners LLC, and “you” means the business that signs up.

2. The service

Hiring Signals lets you follow the companies and people you choose. We gather updates from multiple sources, including company websites and professional networks, and summarise them for you in a feed and a daily email.

The updates come from third-party sources we do not control. We work hard to keep them accurate, but we cannot promise they are complete, current or correct, or that any update will lead to work for you.

3. Who can use it

Hiring Signals is for businesses only, not consumers. By signing up you confirm you are acting for a business and have authority to accept these terms for it. You must sign up with a work email address and keep your login details secure. Each account is for one named user.

4. Free trial, plans and payment

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@hiringsignals.co.uk. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again. Our refund policy explains when we give refunds.

6. How you may use Hiring Signals

You agree to use Hiring Signals lawfully and only for your own business. In particular, you must not:

When you contact people you find through Hiring Signals, you are responsible for doing so lawfully, including under UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.

7. What you add to the service

You can add links to companies and people. You confirm you have a legitimate business reason to follow them. We use what you add to run the service, as explained in our privacy policy.

8. Our rights

Hiring Signals, including its software, design and summaries, belongs to us or our licensors. These terms give you a right to use it while your account is active, and nothing more. If you send us suggestions, we may use them freely.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Hiring Signals running at all times, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features. If we make a change that significantly reduces what your plan includes, we will tell you first and you may cancel.

10. Suspending or closing accounts

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if payment is not made, or if we are required to by law. Where reasonable, we will warn you first.

11. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Otherwise, we are not liable for loss of profit, business, revenue, contracts or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in those 12 months.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will email you at least 30 days before a significant change takes effect. If you keep using Hiring Signals after that, the new terms apply.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, and the state and federal courts in Richmond, Virginia have exclusive jurisdiction.
