Refund and cancellation policy

Free trial

Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial. No card is needed, and you will not be charged unless you choose a paid plan.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@hiringsignals.co.uk. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling does not delete your account straight away; you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Refunds

Plans are billed monthly in advance, and payments for a month that has started are not refundable. We will refund you in full if:

• we charged you by mistake, for example twice for the same month
• you cancelled before a renewal date and were still charged

If Hiring Signals is unavailable for a long period, we may credit your account at our discretion. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, and usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days.

Business customers

Hiring Signals is sold to businesses only. Consumer cancellation rights, such as the 14-day right in the UK and the EU, apply to consumers, so they do not apply to these plans.
